🔐 Reservation access
Each paid booking generates a temporary PIN assigned to the named customer and valid reservation window.
💳 Subscription billing
Stripe manages recurring dues, payment methods, invoices, failed payments, and customer self-service.
Range Rat
Two off-peak hours, member rates, league eligibility.
Backyard Member
Four hours, priority booking, one guest, member offers.
Corporate Foursome
Ten hours, eight users, event privileges, consolidated billing.
Membership disclosure area
Recurring monthly subscription until canceled. Membership does not guarantee a particular tee time. Unused hours, guest privileges, cancellation timing, pauses, refunds, taxes, and overage rates must be stated here in final legal language.

Critical automation rules
- Never issue a PIN until the booking is confirmed and required payment or membership entitlement is valid.
- Provision access only to the required doors and a narrow reservation window.
- Revoke or expire the credential automatically after the visit.
- Pause new access when Stripe reports unpaid, canceled, fraudulent, or disputed status according to policy.
- Record every provision, rotation, revocation, grant, and denial in an immutable audit log.
- Do not expose UniFi or Stripe secret keys in browser code.
